Our response to the COVID-19 pandemic

The Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes’ continues to be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to help local children and their families.

Our advocates, case coordinators, forensic investigators and others can be reached by calling our main number (585-394-2573) or the after-hours phone number, which has been provided to all members of our Multi-Disciplinary Team.

If you suspect child abuse or maltreatment, call the New York State Hotline at 1-800-342-3720.

If you are able, please consider supporting the Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes and our work to help local children who have experienced physical or sexual abuse by making a financial donation. Your generous contributions will help us provide much-needed services to children and their families; provide coloring and activity books for children who visit our office; and provide gas cards or grocery cards for non-offending caregivers who are financially struggling and need to get their child to medical appointments, our office or put food on the table.

We thank you for your support!
